Beer Keg service, repair and sales
It doesn’t matter if you’re a leading brand name or a regional micro-brewery—Tosca can customize a variety of keg services to meet your individual needs.

Beer keg salesThey might be “used,” but to our customers kegs arrive in like-new condition. When breweries want to sell their keg float, they look to Tosca to buy the kegs in bulk. Tosca will thoroughly recondition a keg, and then find a new home for the kegs. The valves are inspected, cleaned and rebuilt as necessary and kegs are “cleaned to the metal” on the inside. All previous markings, stickers, etc. are removed on the outside.

Rebuilt valve poolTosca maintains a pool of valves to quickly replace customer’s keg valves when needed. Our customers simply exchange the broken valve for a valve that is rebuilt and ready to go. While the customer’s kegs are back in production, we fix the valves and put them back in the pool so they’re ready for the next customer.

Keg repair

Tosca has been the leader in the keg repair industry for over 40 years. Tosca has repaired a full range of kegs over the years—from body styles of Golden Gate to Hoff Stevens to Straightwall kegs-- from keg sizes of 1/6 kegs to ¼ kegs to ½ kegs to 50 liter kegs-- and all manufacturers of Straight wall kegs that are in use today. Tosca has also performed projects for customers that require very specialized services unique to their keg float.

Keg retrieval

Periodically, a brewery will pay deposit on a keg that they don’t own. Tosca offers a keg retrieval program to bring these kegs to a Tosca facility, reimburse the keg deposit, sort them, and ship them back to the rightful owner at the cost of the deposit plus a small handling fee. This service has been very beneficial as the cost of new kegs continue to rise.
