The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.<\/p>

Tosca jumped 9 spots from the previous year, securing the 60th spot on the \u201cTop 75 Small Workplaces in Atlanta\u201d list. The survey sought out responses to 24 factors covering several areas, including organizational health factors relating to workplace culture. According to the AJC, employee engagement, leadership and the basics such as (pay, benefits, flexibility, training and expectations) are among the questions. After sifting through over 4,300 company submissions, the results were in on the 2019 top 150 best workplaces in Atlanta, with 25 large (500+ employees), 50 medium (150-499 employees), and 75 small (under 150 employees) companies.<\/p>
