CR3-5 ECO 1210
Durable reusable plastic pallets
The CR3-5 ECO is a recycled HDPE industrial size metal-reinforced heavy duty pallet with a Palgrip®-Anti-slip top deck. This pallet is ideal for high racking and automated processes.
Mainly used for superabsorbent polymers, these pallets also have applications in any chemical and non-food industry that requires a very high level of hygiene but can use a pallet made from recycled materials.
The CR3-5 ECO has five runners so it can be used 2-ways in rack and 2-ways on a conveyor belt. Rims and anti-slip stripes on the upper deck allow users to safely stack empty pallets or safely secure loads.

RPC FAQs.
How does investing in reusable pallets lower total cost of ownership (TCO)?
By replacing single-use wood with durable, reusable plastic, businesses reduce recurring spend on replacements, waste disposal, and repairs, lowering long-term logistics costs.
What measurable transport savings can companies expect?
Nestable design and lightweight build allow higher truckload density, reducing empty miles and cutting freight costs by up to 25–30% depending on network scale.
How do reusable pallets improve ROI beyond direct cost savings?
They extend asset lifespan, reduce product damage, and streamline pooling logistics, delivering efficiency gains that free capital for growth initiatives.
How do the pallets affect product safety and quality assurance?
The rigid, hygienic plastic eliminates splinters and mould, protecting perishable goods and reducing claims, recalls, and waste costs.
