Mike Ryan

Interim CFO

Throughout his career, Mike has held leadership roles at UTZ Quality Foods, SolAero Technologies Corporation, HanesBrands Inc., HD Supply, and BlueLinx Holdings. He has successfully led organizations through three IPOs, private equity transactions, and M&A integrations. Most recently, Mike served as CFO, Chief Accounting Officer, and Treasurer at Valvoline Global Operations.

Mike holds an MBA from Emory University and a BBA in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame, where he was also a rugby team captain. He is a CPA with Big 4 (KPMG) experience, including international work with a 2-year secondment in London.
