Atlanta, Georgia, USA, February 1, 2021 – Tosca, a 60 year-old leader in reusable packaging and supply chain solutions in the United States, acquired Polymer Logistics in December 2019. As of February 2021, Polymer Logistics will transition to the Tosca brand name.

Polymer already transitioned to Tosca in North America in June 2020, but until now the two companies have continued to operate separately in global markets. The global Polymer brand change will mark the official start of doing business as one organization in the United Kingdom, continental Europe and the rest of the world.

In addition to the Polymer Logistics acquisition, Tosca acquired Contraload NV, a leader in plastic pallet pooling in the United Kingdom and European Union in August 2020.

Eric Frank, CEO of Tosca stated: “These strategic acquisitions are a great complement to Tosca’s pooling business. They allow Tosca to service supply chains end to end, from the first mile to the last mile. They also expand Tosca’s geographic reach and increase its product portfolio. As one stronger Tosca organization, we’re bringing customers greater choice in reusable packaging providers – along with the same level of support and innovation they’ve grown to expect.”

Together the combined company will continue building the reusable revolution, bringing efficiencies and savings to supply chains all over the world.
