My name is Sarina and I’ve been part of the Customer Service team at the Tosca Belgian office for nearly 8 years.
I started as a CS representative for the UK market and after a few years moved to the Benelux team.
Furthermore, I’ve taken up a more coordinating role, in which I do not only support both Benelux and DACH customers, but also our bigger PEP-accounts such as Barry Callebaut, Cargill and Avery Dennison.
At Tosca, each employee matters. Regardless of which role you fulfill, every team member is part of the entire supply chain. Together we all share the same goal, which is making sure our customers are satisfied with the service we provide.
Personally, I love being part of a close-knit team. At Customer Service, we form a tandem with our Sales team, to make sure the expectations of our customers are being met. As we spend more time at work than at home, it’s fun to be surrounded in a warm, welcoming environment, where each individual can further develop their strengths and truly make a difference.
Each time when I’m shopping for groceries at a local supermarket, I’m amazed by how many brands on the shelves I recognize as being Tosca customers. When loading these items into my cart, I’m always proud to have been a tiny part of the process. When driving on the highway, a smile pops up every time I see a Tosca branded truck passing by!
Besides being a Tosca member, I’m also a mother to Lewis and a wife to Steven. Outside of work, you can probably find me outside. I enjoy walking my dog or tending to my chickens – bringing fresh eggs to work for my colleagues to enjoy! Besides taking care of living animals, I also love giving deceased ones a second life, as I’m practicing taxidermy – the art of preserving an animal’s body.
At Tosca, you get the chance to show what you’re capable of and you obtain the trust, time, and space to organize your day-to-day work in the way that suits you best. You work independently but always have the support of an experienced team.
