Tosca Selected for Best Places to Work in Atlanta
ATLANTA, Ga., April 2, 2018 — Tosca is pleased to announce its placement on the 2018 Atlanta Journal-Constitution’s list of “Top Workplaces in Atlanta.” Tosca is one of only 150 companies in the metro area named to the list. Results are largely determined by employee feedback.
“It is such an honor to be recognized by the AJC for the incredible environment we’re creating, and more importantly, by our team members,” says Eric Frank, president and CEO of Tosca. “We’ve devoted ourselves to nurturing an engaging company culture and to be recognized for that is very gratifying.”
The AJC’s “Top Workplaces in Atlanta” list, now in its 8th year, sifted through over 2,300 nominated companies in the metro Atlanta area, whittling it down to just 256. Those employees were then surveyed on aspects like connection to, care by, and confidence in their employer. After over 55,000 responses, the results were in on the 2018 top 150 best workplaces in Atlanta, with 25 large (500+ employees), 50 medium (150-499 employees), and 75 small (under 150 employees) companies rounding out the list.
Tosca, on its first nomination, landed at the #69 spot on the list of Top 75 Small Workplaces in Atlanta. Common characteristics of the 2018 top workplaces include communication, positivity, a culture of trust, flexibility, and continuous improvement. Common sentiments for companies making the list included, “This company operates by strong values and ethics,” “This company enables me to work at my full potential,” and “I have confidence in the leader of this company.”
