ATLANTA, Ga.,  — Tosca has been awarded a Top Workplaces 2019 honor by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution for the second year in a row. The list is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by research partner Energage, LLC, a leading provider of technology-based employee engagement tools. The anonymous survey measures several aspects of workplace culture, including alignment, execution, and connection, just to name a few.

“We’ve worked very hard to foster a progressive, cultivating work culture,” says Eric Frank, president and CEO of Tosca. “Being recognized by the AJC for our company environment for the second year in a row is such an honor. It is a direct reflection of the individuals on our team.”

Tosca jumped 9 spots from the previous year, securing the 60th spot on the “Top 75 Small Workplaces in Atlanta” list. The survey sought out responses to 24 factors covering several areas, including organizational health factors relating to workplace culture. According to the AJC, employee engagement, leadership and the basics such as (pay, benefits, flexibility, training and expectations) are among the questions. After sifting through over 4,300 company submissions, the results were in on the 2019 top 150 best workplaces in Atlanta, with 25 large (500+ employees), 50 medium (150-499 employees), and 75 small (under 150 employees) companies.

“Becoming a Top Workplace isn’t something organizations can buy,” said Doug Claffey, CEO of Energage. “Our research shows organizations that earn the award attract better talent, experience lower turnover, and are better equipped to deliver bottom-line results. Their leaders prioritize and carefully craft a healthy workplace culture that supports employee engagement.”
